We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Plant Director. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities.

This position plays a key role in maximizing equipment availability, supporting operational continuity, driving preventive maintenance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements in a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Description

• Carried out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Executing periodic, predictive and repair maintenance tasks with maintenance team.
• Ensuring all maintenance procedures and instructions are updated. Creating the new procedures if necessary.
• Supporting new equipment projects and improving the system regarding the requirements of the plant.
• Follow up plant equipment and ensure them working regularly (without any breakdown).
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for any breakdowns and repeating defects.
• Spare parts management with team, identifying the critical spare parts by analyzing equipment in the plant. Updating the spare part needs for potential requirements.
• Controlling performances of main tools such as boilers, compressors, generator, etc. which are located in plant area.
• Preparing annual maintenance plan and sharing with maintenance team to carry out.
• Performing daily business in compliance with ISO Quality System approaches

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Electronic Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
• SAP, DimoMaint, Tiaportal, SCADA, Liquid Storage Tank Maintenance, ISO 50001
• English is a must
