A Group company of Toyota Boshoku; TB Sewtech Turkey Turkey (TBSTR), has been operating in Duzce, Cilimli, manufacturing seat covers for Toyota since 2013.

Our company, which has a capacity of approximately 495.000 cover sets per year, supplies products to a wide market in Europe.

TB Sewtech Turkey, we are looking for a “Production Engineer” working in the "Manufacturing Department.", located in Düzce.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer,

· Effectively using MS Office programs,

· Fluency in English both written and spoken,

· Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,

· Living in or willing to relocate to Düzce or Sakarya,

· No restriction to travel,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

Preferable:

· 1-2 years of experience in automative sector,

· Having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods

JOB DESCRIPTION 

· Organizing the necessary resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,

·Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency,

· Minimizing the production costs and losses,

· Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,

· Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,

· Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions.
