General Qualifications:

• Graduated from the relevant departments of the university
• At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Training and Development department
• Preferably experienced in the Automotive and Manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of instructional design models
• Having the experience to create Professional Specialization trainings and programs
• Good command of education measurement and evaluation
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Successful in time management, able to carry out more than one project at the same time
• Good team player and strong problem solving skills
• Will be able to adapt to the intense work tempo and is open to improvement
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Residing / able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
• Able to drive actively
• Have no obstacle to travel

Job Description:

• Using methods and tools that will enable detailed analysis of development requirements,
• Determining organizational, professional and personal training requirements and creating an Annual Training Plan
• Follow-up and reporting of the annual training plan (Participant lists, Training announcements, Transportation, Accommodation, etc. organizations, tracking and processing of invoices)
• Preparation of training budget, follow-up and reporting
• Planning of leadership and competency trainings within the company, providing trainings
• Preparation of training documents / materials, updating the internal training contents
• Updating the procedures regarding the renewed processes
• Preparation of design content and development of digital solutions (E-Learning, Online Learning, etc.)
