IT System Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

·         At least 3 years of professional experience in System Administrator & Support,

·         Excellent command of English,

·         Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, GPO) and virtualisation technologies,

·         At least 2 years of experience in backup and archiving solutions,

·         Knowledge and experience on end user support (Microsoft Operating systems, Office apps, printers, hardware and other applications)

·         Knowledge on Firewall, NAS, AP and network infrastructure,

·         Preferably CCNA certified,

·         Strong objective based orientation and problem solving attitude,

·         Ability to work in a team and establish an effective collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and business stakeholders,

·         Military service should be completed for male candidates,

·         Live in Sakarya or Kocaeli

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Identifying and implementing the best architectural solutions in support of the Production Processes and User Experience on our digital products and services,

·         File server management, auditing and protection operations,

·         Providing end-user support in both production and office environments,

·         Regular monitoring of systems and ensuring their continuity, analyzing and reporting,

·         Ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes,

·         Providing first & second level support for local users regarding all software and hardware problems (notebooks/thin clients, mobile phones, operating systems)

·         Assisting with the documentation of critical and routine technical procedures, 

·         Maintaining and upgrading servers, services, router, switch, firewall/VPN security
