Job Description

Your Tasks will be:

• Taking full process preparation responsibility of “New Projects” related “Car Door Trim & Car Interior Parts & Headliner Production” processes, starting from Cost Feasibility & Process Design to Manufacturing / Assembly / Automation / Fine Tuning / Trial / Shipment / Installation and Acceptance of New Equipments and New Dies
• Analyse technical drawings, review global standards and quality requirements, check process risks with P-FMEA and IATF/ISO requirements, prepare process plans and prepare equipment specsheets, study on production volume and finalize capacity calculations, prepare project schedule for each equipment and follow-up

• Grasp all details of process cost, research new suppliers and equipment makers, ask quotation based on technical specsheets, make negotiation and finalize PO stage, plan investment budget and follow-up cashflow / accept invoice, follow-up maker’s progress for each stage until acceptance, travel to maker site if necessary and overwatch all on-site activities, install processes to Toyota Boshoku production plants and handover all process and documentation with OK condition KPI values
• Grasp all inputs, functions and outputs of process in terms of Safety, Cost, Quality, Efficiency, Environment, Ergonomy, Logistics, Carbon Neutral and Maintenance

• Understand and prepare documentation of all stages of production preparation stage and support to next function or customer when needed until start of Serial Production, report regularly with numeric/objective data

• Research new technologies and apply KAIZEN to reduce process cost and improve process continuously, involve in APQP, SPC, PFC, Shop and other Quality & Manufacturing improvement activities

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electric-Electronic / Mechatronics / Automotive / Manufacturing Engineering
• Excellent command of English both written & spoken

• No travel limitation (other country internationally / other cities domestic), has driving licence and have driving experience
• Eager to study and learn new technologies and methods of engineering and process management

• Good team player, actively involve in teamwork activities, creative and proactive approach on problem solving
• Analytical thinking, strong reporting and organizational skills, pay attention to details,

• General knowledge about mechanical, electrical and automation systems, (knowledge on programming/analyse software is a plus)
• Set “S.M.A.R.T.” targets, prioritize engineering/calculation on solutions, use objective data, schedule based follow-up and reporting

• Result oriented, cost minded approach, always aim continuous improvement
• Functions well under pressure, perform effectively in a deadline environment

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Production and manufacturing technologies past experience / practice is a plus

• Process knowledge over Plastic Injection / Multi Layered Lamination / Door Assembly / Adhesive and Pressure based assembly technologies is a plus
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli

• Completed military service or booked for paid military service (for male candidates)
