Roles:

• Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
• Meet the needs of users, support end-users for Windows Office Programs and operating systems and alike programs
• Responsible for network management and database administration
• Define hardware and network requirements
• Protect data from outside infiltration, secure data storage and other necessary means
• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
• Manage and oversee quotas
• IT and communication systems; monitoring, backing up, maintaining and keeping them running
• To produce solutions to problems that may arise in system and network connections
• To provide solutions to users' hardware problems and demands
• Management, maintenance, repair and performance of network devices within the company and meeting the service/hardware requirements when necessary
• Execution of Data & Telecommunication lines opening, moving, closing, invoice tracking, inventory, embezzlement, installation, fault tracking processes

Qualifications

• Certificate or associate degree required on Technology, Computer Science or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Written and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent communication skills and ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
• Previous technical support role, experience in server management and network solutions,
• Competent in network infrastructure and server backup applications,
