Production Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineers to join us as “Production Engineer” within Production Department.

What will be your contributions:

• Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls
• Lead operations team in meeting operational objectives (Cost, Delivery, Safety, Quality)
• Confer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes  

What will be decisive: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in related fields
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English
• Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail
• High EHS and Quality awareness
• Ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process
• Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution
