We are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer who loves process management more than anything else!J Also, you should be energetic because we want you to adapt to our dynamic and lively environment!

Operational Excellence Team is the touchstone of the Operations at Trendyol which means that decision-making process begins with new layouts and improvement projects. Opex Team wants to be sure that Trendyol makes great decisions on the competitive market place. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in Engineering,
• Min. 2 year relevant work experience,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
• Knowledge on Lean priciples and Kaizen philosophy,
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Supporting operational excellence team in making time studies, creating new layouts and overall operations improvement projects
• Supporting operational excellence team in following up IT actions related to operations improvement projects
• Designing accurate models to answer various operations related projects
• Supporting operations reporting, i.e inventory capacity usage, functional KPIs
• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.
