We are looking for a smart thinking, innovative young professional who would join our dynamic team based in Istanbul Head Quarter. 

He / she will work as “Cash Collections Manager”in our Finance Department, will be involved in the execution of below tasks:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields from Universities.

Have at least 4 years of experience in cash management, finance and treasury preferably in a multinational company,

Written and oral advance in English is a must,

Professional knowledge of MS Applications (esp. Excel, Word and Power Point),

Demonstrates good understanding of collections and cash flow dynamics,

Able to prioritize workflows, multitask and manage time effectively,

Have quality, process and result driven approach,

Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitor overdue debts and inform all related departments; take actions in order to encourage timely payments,

Investigate historical data for debts and bills and assist with customer account reconciliations,

Manage weekly cash flow including monitoring and reporting activities,

Cooperate well with sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement and invoicing departments,

Prepare periodic reports for Top Management including, AR overdue reports, DSO/ DPO reports, trade receivables aging, weekly/ monthly cash flow besides short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts,

Perform in line with company’s working capital objectives and collection policy and closing procedures align with company’s year-end KPIs,

Coordinating cash management activities with other departments within the organization to ensure that cash flow needs are met,

Managing accounts receivable by monitoring delinquent accounts to determine appropriate follow up action,

Performing reconciliation of accounts to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately,
