Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Management Leaders to be employed for both future and ongoing propulsion systems and technology development projects within TRMOTOR.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out the project management processes effectively,

• To determine the necessary actions to be taken on issues such as cost, budget and schedule management and to monitor the realizations with metrics,

• To manage the team effectively,

• To support the project and/or subcontractor negotiations and to be prepared with required documents for RFI/RFQ calls,

• To ensure the coordination with stakeholders,

• To be able to make effective presentations and prepare relevant materials,

• To do reporting and documentation works.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from engineering faculties (preferably Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering),

• Holds a project management certificate such as PMP or Prince2 etc., 

• Experience in contract management (cost plus and fixed price)

• Proficient in project management processes, preferably at least 7 years of experience in medium and large-scale projects,

• Able to use MS Office programs actively, especially experienced in MS Project and/or Primavera tools,

• Analytical thinker, problem-solver and result-oriented,

• Resident or able to be resident in Ankara,

• Fluent in written and spoken English,

• No restriction for travel domestic and abroad.
