Project Cargo & Special Equipment Sales Executive

Turing Global Logistics is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Cargo & Special Equipment Sales Executive to strengthen its commercial team and support the growth of its project logistics operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and preparing competitive logistics solutions for project cargo, oversized, heavy-lift, and special equipment shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in project cargo and special equipment transportation.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers, overseas agents, and business partners.
Prepare competitive freight quotations and tailored commercial offers based on customers’ operational requirements.
Develop transportation solutions for Project Cargo, Out-of-Gauge (OOG), Flat Rack, Open Top, heavy-lift, breakbulk, and other special shipments.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, procurement, and overseas offices or agents to ensure commercially viable and operationally feasible solutions.
Conduct route, equipment, carrier, cost, and risk assessments in cooperation with the relevant teams.
Follow market developments, international trade lanes, carrier capacities, freight rates, and competitor activities.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and regular account reviews.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and prepare periodic sales reports.
Monitor quotations and commercial opportunities through to completion.
Support the achievement of individual and company sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Represent Turing Global Logistics at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and relevant networking activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project cargo transportation, special equipment shipments, or international freight forwarding.
Solid knowledge of international transportation and freight-forwarding processes.
Practical experience with Project Cargo, OOG, Flat Rack, Open Top, heavy-lift, breakbulk, or similar special shipments.
Experience in preparing freight quotations, cost calculations, and commercial proposals.
Strong knowledge of international trade lanes, carriers, equipment alternatives, and logistics markets.
Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
An existing customer portfolio will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commercially minded, target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex sales opportunities.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Additional foreign-language skills will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or logistics systems is preferred.
