Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in Robotic Process Automation and Workflow management projects,
• Identify digital transformation opportunities within the Bank,
• Initiate actions to improve systems and processes to achieve digital best practices, to launch new digital products and services – help plan for and design new digital products and services,
• Participate in the execution of the digital roadmap,
• Responsible for championing a change towards “digital-first culture”,
• Responsible for achieving the successful delivery of key digital transformation objectives and projects,
• Work with Digital unit team leads, pariticipate in defining and coordinating the digital team’s delivery calendar and digital roadmap to help drive business digital growth and planning.
