• Minimum 7 years of experience in ticket operations of Tourism sector as a manager,
• Strong in human relationships and problem solving skills,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good communication and organization skills,
• To be able to work with motivation and discipline,
• Good at analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Compatible to manage a group,
• Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner,
• For male candidates, military service should be served.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervision of on-line ticketing operating systems and its interaction with our customers, the billing and credit card systems
• Management of all ticket sales (e.g. seasonal tickets, premium sales, group sales, etc.) and ticket operations.
• Identify/ develop new ticket packages/ promotions to increase customer satisfaction and overall ticket sales
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Oversee and provide strategic direction for day-to-day ticket department operations.
• Generating revenue via ticket sales program provider partners.
• Create and implement ticket office policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Generate reports on all ticket sales regularly and present them to board of management.
