YOUR ROLE

  • Managing 3 critical operations of Henkel Turkey including; General Accounting, Tax and Reporting via a team of 6 people
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Turkey
  • Leading general accounting operations with the support of Shared Services
  • Assuming full responsibility for the financial reporting process aligned with the IFRS and internal guidelines
  • Preparing monthly financial statement analysis for the Senior Leadership team with his/her team
  • Assisting internal and external auditors on financial statements
  • Ensuring full compliance with the local tax legislation
  • Managing fixed asset processes

YOUR SKILLS

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience gained within Big Four and corporate environment, strong expertise in FMCG and/or Industrial sector is an additional asset
  • Previous experience in Tax and General Accounting is necessary
  • Previous track record in team management is essential
  • Aptitude for cross functional working across country and region
  • Solid understanding of business dynamics
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
