QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Civil / Topographic, or relevant technical discipline
• Knowledge and  at least 3 years experience in telecommunication and network infrastructure
• Right of Way experience, including acquisition experience
• Excellent knowledge about construction process
• Pursuing production process in field area
• Preferably Experience in excavation work for  fiber optic infrastructure
• Experience with telecommunications systems design and circuits, and analyzing job requirements
• Experience working with engineering programs/software (such as CAD, Netcad, AutoCad, Oracle, TBS, GIS, SAP)
• Must have excellent communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, listening
• Responsible, responsive and good interacting with diverse groups of people
• Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experienced technical writing skills sufficient to produce white papers, test cases, test plans, design documents, and technical diagram
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, subordination, and CAD drawings
• Able to travel and have driving licenses

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in engineering, permit and construction processes
• Work with the authorities and follow Right of Way process and payments
• Provide project scope for new fibers services
• Design and document fiber splicing and fiber patch assignments for fiber circuits
• Analyze OTDR traces, evaluate characteristics of fiber, and document test results
• Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation
• Analyze and recommend upgrade/expansion strategies
• Participate in the development and the enforcement of network standards and procedures.
• Infrastructure project control and field applications for Communication and Telecommunication projects
• Determination of Fiber Optic cable routes
• Ensuring the necessary planning, organization and coordination for the implementation of the projects
• Field coordination and follow-up, field equipment and material follow-up according to the work schedule by telephone conference, or through visits, to installers, customers and contractors, authorities
• Implementing and controlling the project construction works, Making the productions to the desired standards
• Will be able to monitor and control the harmonious execution of the productions of the teams in the field.
• Being in charge of Infrastructure Projects, Construction and Manufacturing in their projects
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports of planned and realized situations and presenting them to the manager, who can make the necessary improvements in a timely manner.
• To ensure that the work is done / done according to the work schedule and to report it in the desired time periods
• To carry out and follow the construction site manufacturing organization within the desired quality and budget, in accordance with the work schedule given to him by the manager.
• To provide all the necessary coordination for the regular follow-up of the Facility Sharing processes and the implementation of the applications.
