We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Development Specialistto take part in Demand & Supply Planning Development Department located in Tuzla/İstanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative sciences or Statistics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels

Job Description:

• Responsible for development of supply planning and demand planning policies and providing guidance to supply and demand planning
• Responsible for the analyzing and optimizing demand planning processes to ensure the standardization and effectiveness including searching for global benchmarks, monitoring adaptation of process and policies
• Responsible for supporting Planning Development Manager during consolidation of S&OP across Şişecam from an integration perspective and providing this output to related parties (Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning etc.)
• Responsible for collecting demand planning data and making necessary measurements for KPI, SLA and OLA target setting to support Planning Development Manager
• Responsible for preparing project activities, project plan, approach documents, project resources for demand planning initiatives and coming up with new strategic initiative ideas in collaboration with demand planning functional teams
• Responsible for monitoring implementation of demand planning development projects (S&OP improvement, inventory reduction and optimization, demand planning platform etc.) including updating project plan when necessary, informing relevant parties to ensure adherence to project plan
• Lead the digitalization initiatives of supply and demand planning function with digital and perform necessary activities for setting the standards for supply and demand planning
