QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field. Master Degree preferred,
  • A proven track record of minimum of 10 -15 years in both sales and operations of logistics management in a reputable logistics company,
  • Deep understanding of business processes, ability to explore new customer areas and grow business
  • Hands on, active approach,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities,
  • Results oriented individual with high integrity and inner motivation,
  • Fluent written and spoken English


İŞ TANIMI

  • Establishing the overall necessary logistic operations to support the movement of goods from suppliers (in app.30-35 factories) to Türkmen warehouses and export transactions including receiving goods, warehousing, export, distribution to customer’s warehouses/stores.
  • Ensuring the right work flow at the right time in the supply chain within :
  • Export consolidation
  • Transportation (land, sea, air), forwarding
  • Value added services (e.g. packaging, ironing, quality control, stain removal, return logistics)
  • Focusing  on improvements in people and technology  capabilities through experience and leadership.
  • Responsible for understanding pricing and cost components associated with proposed solutions.
  • Responsible for other duties including: sales presentations, developing deliverables, coordinating implementation, creating and adding to existing marketing materials where appropriate.
  • Travels to and attends trade shows when instructed by the management team.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for clients into proprietary CRM and maintains this information per company policy.
  • Identifies and brings forward new business opportunities.
  • Establishes a prospecting plan; identifies potential clients using knowledge of the market electronic databases, industry trade associations, trade shows, networking events, and consults other sources of information.
  • Identifies decision makers at target clients.
  • Maintains a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition.
  • Identifies and analyze customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations
  • Negotiates prices and conditions based on the type of service offering; proposes complementary services.
  • Obtains a service agreement/contract.
