We're looking for an After Sales & Commissioning Engineer, to join Operation team to be part of our success.

Responsibilities;

• To organise and keeping up to date commissioning execution plans To organize suppliers service engineers,
• To hand over of systems to client in accordance with contract conditions,
• To execute comprehensive records of all enquiries and transactions between the related partners,
• To prepare documents of commissioning, operation & maintenance manuals, as-built drawings of systems and equipments,
• To maintain the equipment on the yachts under construction is installed in accordance with the procedures, instructions, and standards,
• Receive, analyse, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, and clarifications regarding to the maintenance, after sales services by contacting the suppliers etc.
• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, service/refit maintenance contracts, or technical and operational training,
• Evaluate, analyse and managing incoming warranty claims.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong knowledge about implementation of ISO 9001, 14001,18001 and procedures,
• Yacht, maritime sector experience is a major advantage.
