QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our multinational partner which provides industrial solutions in various sectors(Advanced materials; die casting, grinding&dispersing and Leybold optics) is looking for a “Customer Service Sales Engineer”.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering /master


  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service sales positions


  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, product solution information and data into client value


  • Strong ability to establish effective relationships with the customers operators, executives and key partners


  • Sales and customer oriented mindset


  • Ability to conduct sales talks and contract negotiations


  • Ability to understand customer’s requirements to develop technically/technologically optimized solutions with and for customers


  • Problem solving skills


  • Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders


  • Willingness to travel (60-80%)


  • Very good MS Office, and CRM skills


  • Very good written and spoken English



JOB DESCRIBTION:


  • Develop and manage the service business for multiple segments in the defined advanced material businesses(Die casting, grinding&dispersing and Leybold optics)


  • Develop/execute effective plans in alignment with global/regional CS strategies to achieve targeted revenue and profit performance across the client portfolio


  • Evaluate potential and opportunities in CS markets based on market and customer feedback


  • Develop new service solutions with the support of the business unit specialists


  • Proactive territory management to build an appropriate pipeline mix of prospects at different stages of the sales cycle


  • Execute consultative, value-based sales practices, including competitive positioning, pricing models, correspondence and presentation templates, and objection resolution strategies


  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's market, products, services and solutions and introduce new products


  • Taking business and budget responsibility for the CS portfolio in the Türkiye region


  • Develop and maintain sales documentation and product knowledge


  • Lead and execute service business initiatives and campaigns


  • Ensure customer data is up to date and leads/opportunities are regularly maintained in CRM


  • Coordinate and compliment market activities with existing Area Sales/Key Account Managers and relating partners


  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows


  • Creation of KPIs and reports
