Sales and Business Development Supervisor ( Horeca)

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a relevant field.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Open to relocation and able to adapt quickly to new environments.

• Strong ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and thrive in a multicultural environment.

• Strong initiative and organizational talent: able to work independently, solve problems, and stay focused on goals.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA accounts, understand customer needs, and deliver the

highest level of service.

• Prepare tailored business proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.

• Conduct regular reporting on prospective customers, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Build and manage a client database; maintain updated records in CRM and tracking systems.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, and commercial terms.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Create long-term value through market insights, creative ideas, and strategic thinking.

• Work in a structured and organized manner, using modern tools (e.g., CRM systems) to maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline.
