Marketing Specialist
Our company, operating in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong biomedical knowledge who can develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate with your teammates and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services.
We are looking for professionals with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Economics, or Management.
Candidates with a medical background are preferred.

This position requires frequent business travel (domestic & international).
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partners to ensure our customers receive world-class support, insights, and product value, while ensuring strong visibility of Philips HPM products and Heartstream solutions in the market.
Minimum three years of experience is required.
Experience in medical device marketing, clinical applications, or healthcare technology sectors is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Collaboration
- Partner with healthcare providers and clinical teams to understand market needs.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, understand needs, and identify opportunities.
- Perform competitor research and gather market intelligence to support commercial strategy.
- Analyze brand positioning, market trends, customer segmentation, and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and manage congress participation.
- Plan and manage regional workshops.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to enable hospitals to operate independently without requiring direct support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product adoption and clinical credibility.
- Collect clinical feedback, user experiences, and case studies to support marketing messaging and product improvement.
- Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to identify clinical workflow challenges and align solutions accordingly.
2. Product Demonstration & Training
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Highlight the benefits, ensure safe usage, and demonstrate the optimal performance of medical equipment (C-arm, Patient Monitor, ECG, NST, defibrillator, and AED).
- Work to expand the user base within hospitals and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Provide advanced application support during product installations and initial clinical use.
- Design structured training programs for hospital users, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Support clinical evaluations, pilot implementations, and product validation processes.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Manage and update marketing platforms, including email marketing tools, CRM data entry, website updates, and e-newsletters.
- Prepare and execute online marketing campaigns, product launch events, and customer engagement activities.
- Produce and manage social media content for company platforms.
- Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and report marketing effectiveness.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate content creation, including product videos, educational materials, and clinical success stories.
4. Sales Support
- Support product promotion.
- Manage new product launches.
- Manage and provide marketing materials.
- Support business plan reviews.
- Support tender preparation, proposal development, and commercial documentation when required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive positioning materials and value propositions.
- Contribute to demand forecasting and sales pipeline analysis.
5. Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
- Contribute strategic insights to drive the growth of the medical equipment portfolio.
- Monitor market share, product adoption trends, and regional performance indicators.
- Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports, including competitor benchmarking.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with hospitals, distributors, and healthcare networks.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Economics, Management, or a related scientific field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, digital tools, and web-based platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly motivated to build a commercial/marketing career in the healthcare sector.
- Proactive, organized, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer support.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Ability to translate clinical insights into commercial value propositions.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with both clinical and executive stakeholders.
