Business Intelligence Unit Manager is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Enginering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a similar field,
• 4+ years of team management experience is needed.5+ years of SAP BW / SAP BO platforms experiences,
• Good level of both written and spoken English,
• Experience in Power BI is a big asset,
  
• Proven project experience in DWH, data modelling and evolving complex data structures,
  
• Project management skills are required. PMP, Scrum certifications are big assets,
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL,
  
• Support Innovative Thinking,
  
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task,
  
• Strong technological perspective.

Job Description

• In partnership with business unit and executive leadership, develop and maintain an enterprise-wide business intelligence roadmap,
• Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements,
  
• Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies for BI technology implementations,
  
• Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports,
  
• Manage and customize all ETL processes as per customer requirement and analyze all processes,
  
• Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in Project,
  
• Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions,
  
• Retain and manage professional services as needed to execute roadmap,
  
• Create and maintain data models and design associated components related to data transformation, data quality, meta data management, reporting and analytics,
  
• Develop, architect, standardize, and support technology platforms using industry leading business intelligence solutions,
  
• Develop and maintain business intelligence team budget,
  
• Ensure that the business intelligence platform is highly accurate, available, performant and secure.
