Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
• Minimum 9 years of experience in financial modelling, cost controlling, budgeting or financial auditing,
• SAP knowledge is preferred,
• Preferably IFRS knowledge,
• Having a work experience at international audit firm is preferred,
• Excellent level of both written and spoken English,
• Executive maturity with strong analytical perspective and high negotiation skills,
• A master of collaboration and partnerships with the ability to communicate a compelling vision that inspires others to engage,
• Understanding the business operations within the organization and the industry competitive environment as a financial acumen,
• Customer oriented, ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relations at all levels,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description 

• Monitoring sales efficiency,
• Monitoring the impact of pricing strategies and preferences (campaigns, discounts, exchange rates, etc.) on income and profitability performance,
• Monitoring and controlling the analyzes performed by the team, identifying points for improvement and ensuring improvement,
• Following the developments related to the analysis and reporting process, and ensuring continuous improvement,
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyzes requested by senior management,
• Checking accuracy / consistency of the given number of passengers, performing SPP analysis,
• Controlling the daily commission income / expense calculation based on the commission agreement,
• Performing financial analysis and income-expense control activities,
• Controlling expenditures, analyzing its methods and conditions and performing financial impact analysis,
• Controlling and analyzing the payments,
• Performing the optimal product mix analysis,
• Controlling the accuracy / consistency of projected overhead expense amounts.
