Heinemann) and manages the world's largest duty-free shop area and offering travel retail services on an area of over 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport. We are representative of the prestigious and a retail location in Istanbul Airport with over 2.000 employees.

There is a wide and luxurious product range after Unifree Duty Free stores ticket and passport control. It offers the sales service of products such as liquor, tobacco and confectionery, perfume and cosmetics, and accessories to Airline Passengers. Unifree has 103 sub-operators and a total of 134 local and foreign stores.          

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sales, gross margin and SPI efficiency weekly & monthly
• Monitoring the impact of pricing strategies and preferences (campaigns, discounts, exchange rates, etc.) on income and profitability performance,
• Tracking weekly & monthly stock reports, alert crucial developments
• Working with reporting team for monthly reports
• Following the developments related to the analysis and reporting process, and ensuring continuous improvement
• Checking accuracy/consistency of the given number of passengers, performing SPP analysis.
• Controlling the daily commission income & expense calculation based on the commission agreement
• Controlling and analyzing the supplier payments
• Performing the optimal product mix analysis
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyzes requested by senior management
• Controlling the accuracy/consistency of projected overhead expense amounts

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in financial analysis
• Having work experience at international audit firm and IFRS knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent level of both written and spoken English
• Strong analytical perspective and high negotiation skills
• Understanding the business operations within the organization and the industry competitive environment as a financial acumen
• Customer-oriented, ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relations at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications,
• SAP knowledge is preferred
