Qualifications

• Graduated bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail industry,
• Have knowledge of written and spoken English fluency,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Have no travel restrictions,
• Have ability to plan, communication, organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description

• Expected to be knowledgeable about company needs and goals,
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer’s expectations and company’s objectives,
• Planning products, visuals etc. replacement by evaluating factors such as location, promotions & discounts, fullness of stores,
• VM material order studies and follow-up with the marketing team,
• Working closely with Trade & Marketing Team to decide how goods should be displayed based on Unifree rules,
• Working closely with local and global brands, GH merchandising network and internal operation teams about store layout plans & launch displays.
