QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to work in Unilever Konya HPC Factory.
JOB SUMMARY
· Ensure On Time In Full production based upon plan submitted by Supply Planning team
· Ensure On Time In Full implementation of Innovation Projects
· Co-ordinate Maintenance and Production teams to deliver repair & maintenance plan
· Ensure smooth supply with min stock through co-ordinated work with Demand Planning
· Support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities
· Participate Regional/Global projects ie Regional Virtual Site, Global Virtual Site, Benchmark
· Participate in improvement projects ie Operational Equipment Efficiency, Saving
· Support budget forecast
İŞ TANIMI
· 2-3 years experience in Production, Planning, Engineering departments
· Technical Background (Electric-Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
· Fluent English (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
· Analytical Skills
· Communication Skills
· Leadership Skills
· Multitasker, initiative taker and team player
