QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Universtiy degree in engineering departments (preferably Chemical & Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
This position is responsible for process development for regional innovation projects for the Hair Category in Region. Responsibilities include the delivery of cutting edge technologies and development necessary to provide Unilever with world class capability to launch and manufacture Hair Care products. Candidate must have strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel, along with sound engineering proficiencies. The position requires high accountability, team commitment and focus in excellence in manufacturing.
Process Design
• Creating process flow diagrams for all hair products for all sites in the region
• Utilization of Unilever systems and tools in all process development tasks
• Managing Pilot plant trials. Scaling up principles. Hygienic manufacturing technologies
• Assessing manufacturing capabilities
• Optimizing process designs for new and existing technologies
• Process Implementation
• Identifying the best suitable technology for production
• Planning, coordination, communication between global, regional and local teams
