We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer looking to specialize in GRC/IRM to elevate design and implementation efforts for ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. In this role you will be implementing GRC/IRM solutions for ServiceNow Cybersecurity and contributing to continuously improving related processes and functionality.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will leverage your extensive expertise in the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and implement innovative workflows and processes. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maximize the potential of the ServiceNow platform for our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives. This role includes the responsibility of leading teams, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the ServiceNow practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement GRC/IRM related business processes into ServiceNow including Policy and Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management and other Risk Management processes
• Deliver GRC technology enablement services to enable and automate risk management processes (i.e., risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and risk register, etc.)
• Design and develop enhancements for the existing GRC modules of GRC tools, and help fix issues or defects which arise in the production environment
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules
• Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs
• Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
• Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
• Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
• Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases

Qualifications

• Technical background and good understanding of ServiceNow
• At least 3+ years’ experience in architecting enterprise services
• Strong understanding of Configurations management
• Hands on experience in managing CI lifecycle in ServiceNow
• Understanding of Class models of CI in ServiceNow
• Understanding of Service Architecture and how applications services, technology services and business services can be modelled under an unified data model
• High level understanding of Service Mapping using ServiceNow and how application components can be mapped against a service
• Service Introduction and Service Design knowledge will be an added advantages
• Up to date knowledge with Agile Architecture using ITIL processes
• Delivering unified processes for service onboarding and service lifecycle management
• Technical documentations in agile tools to establish a standardise process for the team members to follow
• Consulting experience, understanding how to communicate with other members of the team as well as stakeholders
• Capturing technical designs and being able to translate these to different audiences
