Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
• Preferably experienced in maritime, logistics, foreign trade, transportation, or related industries,
• Knowledge of Ro-Ro transportation, vehicle logistics, maritime operations, and/or port operations,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Experience with ERP systems,
• Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset,
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities,
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking initiative.

Job Description

• Coordinate vessel port operations with shipping agents, vessel masters, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders,
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of voyage and operational data into the ERP system,
• Obtain and coordinate all required information related to vehicle loading and discharge operations,
• Follow up and coordinate operational documentation and related processes,
• Share operational documents with agents, customers, and business partners as required,
• Collect operational data required for invoicing and provide the necessary information to relevant departments,
• Verify the accuracy of invoices against operational records and data,
• Monitor vessel voyage performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency,
• Analyze operational issues and implement timely and effective solutions,
• Maintain effective communication with customers, agents, ports, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution,
• Prepare operational reports and provide relevant information and analyses to management.
