Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• The person must be trained in Administration / Foreign Trade. The work will consist of:
• Receiving both national and international clients’ sales orders; recording the corresponding data in the system, and monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Recording the initial order and closing of the same after the merchandise’s delivery.
• Generating a delivery note in the system for the order’s billing to the customer.
• Informing the customer about the order’s status, and taking notes of incidents if there were any.
• Recording incidents that occur during the order’s production, as well as proposing suggestions for improvement and considerations to optimize the deadlines.
• Purchases from external suppliers according to the approved criteria's, and keeping track of their delivery.
• Carrying out the corresponding controls and records for the process’ assurance and traceability.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, standards and the company´s commitments, as well as those agreed upon with the client (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC ...).

Education and Experience

• Excellent level of English, Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• University degree from related divisions.
• Management of office package, ERP, Outlook.
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade or Customs Management
