QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager, Digital Ad Operations helps oversees all day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, supervising campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking. This role involves maintaining relationships with third party vendors and media agencies to ensure proper delivery of ad campaigns. The Manager is responsible for providing ad operations, tagging and technical recommendations internally and directly to the client. This person also assists the Ad Operations Associate Director in overseeing the Ad Operations team and trains staff as necessary. 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for coordinating client needs to ad operations teams in a scope of Search, Social Media, Programmatic and I/O based activities 

• Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest in trafficking and media industry trends 

• Help manage and supervise the Ad Operations team 

• Manage the JBP relations with global ad parties like Google, Facebook, Twitter and Amazon 

• Advise/consult with media team and client regarding advertising technologies, tracking performance and campaign performance 

• Act as liaison with media, creative agencies and publisher sites regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns

• Serve as the main point of contact between ad server and internal business units 

• Screen incoming creative according to adserver specs and technical requirements documentation 

• Create process document for all parties and make sure all parties are in check 

• Deal with third party ad companies and vendors such as: Adform, Platform161, Sizmek, IAS and MOAT 

• Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns 

• Delivery follow-up; channeling site questions to the appropriate people within the agency 

• Thorough communication of advertising instructions between the Agency and Web sites  

Job Skills & Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s Degree 

• 5 to 7 years experience in media agencies and performance based units 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Fluency in English is a must 

• Extensive knowledge in Google Ad Products (Google certified candidates are preferred) and programmatic buying 

• Mastery in ad verification tools like IAS, MOAT, Nielsen DAR or Doubleverify

• Ability to prioritize and organize workload • Sense of procedure within a corporate environment 

• A high energy, innovative, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do, 

• Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees

• Understanding of Internet technologies and adtech interfaces 

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
