Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Food, Industrial, Electric Electronic, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Min 10 years of experience in production and management
• Preferably Experienced in similar positions in the production or cement sector
• Knowledge and experience in Production, Maintenance, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO Quality management standards and systems etc. 
• Experienced in Operational excellence, 5S and LEAN production,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experienced with ERP,
• Having a high problem solving skills , analytical thinker, consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making,
• Having strong leadership and communication skills, competencies in team management, coordination and motivating employees
• Experienced in blue-collar management within a participatory and systematic approach,
• High planning, organization, task tracking, and reporting abilities,
• Self-motivated, team player, result oriented, having a good management and communication skills,
• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Have a valid B class license, who can actively drive and be able to travel,
• Preferably based in (or willing to live) Ünye, Fatsa and Ordu.

Job Description

• To make the necessary calculations on the efficiency of the production capacity and to report to the senior management, 
• To monitor and optimize business processes and tools,
• To ensure that production is carried out according to the relevant procedures, instructions and documents in order to reach the business targets;
• To make preliminary preparations in order to produce products in accordance with quality standards and support the team when required
• To compare the actual production results with the forecasted/planned production schedules, (if any)analyzing the reasons for the differences and making the necessary preventive measures,
• To ensure that production is carried out according to the specified standards, to develop solutions for process development,
• To identify technical problems for the production lines and to develop solutions to eliminate the problem and communicate with the related teams to solve the problems,
• To control and monitor processes in all areas of production, to look for a solutions increase the capacity in an efficient way,
• To ensure that the production targets are achieved in the determined quality, completely and on time, in coordination with all related departments,
• To make root cause analysis of production line stoppages and to ensure that the solution plan works efficiently,
• To comply with occupational health and safety standards in all operations,
• To ensure that all necessary actions are taken on occupational health and safety and to supervise the actions needs to be done,
• To manage the personnel effectively, to find solutions to the problems and to ensure their coordination,
• To follow the Key Performance Indicators and to do all the actions for achieving the targets and to report to the senior management,
• To provide, follow up and supervise the necessary organization and coordination to make the products ready for shipment in accordance with the determined specifications,
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans, and to present results to the senior management,
• To control the deviations of the weekly, daily and monthly production schedule, to take the necessary actions for the significant deviations,
• To determine the production budget and plan, to communicate with the relevant departments in order to meet the determined needs,
• To represent the production department during the important customer visit, meetings, negotiations or audits,
• To manage spending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume,
• To check whether the production is carried out in accordance with the determined quality, safety and efficiency targets,
• Ensure measures are taken to eliminate non-conformities and risks identified by the Quality Department,
• Follow current regulations related to the industry and guide the team accordingly,

• Pay attention to quality, speed, and schedule compliance to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level
