Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department
- Experience in corporate communications, alumni relations, event management, or similar fields
- Preferably experienced in educational institutions
- Excellent command of both Turkish and English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strong planning, time management, organization, and coordination abilities
- Proficient in data management and reporting processes
- Detail-oriented, with a strong follow-through and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours in line with school events
- Ability to work effectively within a corporate structure and in a multi-stakeholder, matrix organization
Job Description
- Designing and managing fundraising and resource development campaigns, with a primary focus on alumni scholarship donations.
- Developing measurable and sustainable communication strategies for alumni.
- Establishing, updating, and systematically managing the alumni database.
- Planning and coordinating alumni-focused events and collaborations (e.g. career days, high school internships for UAA students, homecoming, etc.) within a defined calendar.
- Supporting relationship management between alumni and students to contribute to students’ career development journeys.
- Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders and supporting alumni-related fundraising initiatives.
- Implementing project timelines aligned with the institution’s strategic needs (event organization, arrangement of exhibition areas, etc.).
- Coordinating with the alumni association, parent–teacher association, corporate communications, and other stakeholders for various events and organizations in line with the institution’s strategic priorities.
