QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Finance and related fields)
- Very good command of English, German language is an asset
- 7 to 8 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting departments, experience with financial reporting requirements
- Team management, strong analytic, organization and problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience of SAP(FI/CO)/BW would be an advantage.
- Reporting to the Controlling Manager
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, comparable and reliable financial figures.
- Coordinate the flow of information to external auditors for the annual audit.
- Oversee the preperation of corporate annual report inline with the local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating and assisting team to work on local Budget and Forecasting processes of fixed costs and CAPEX, delegating workforce with attentive to deadlines while colloboration with other departments and to ensure data quality and the methodology used follows the Vaillant Group Guidelines.
- Checking and monitoring the accuracy of financial analysis and assist the team preperation of management reports and presentations.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and transparency for decision-making process with preparation and support of management reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance to VG Accounting Guideline and International Financial Reporting Standards as well as regulatory requirements with oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring controlling team and ensure effective and efficient process management, training new members of the team, and help to develop individuals to reach the individual and department goals through coaching and mentoring.
