Responsibilities

• To carry out the work and, operations related to the determination, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the processes necessary for the continuity of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (KYS) and revision transitions when necessary.
• To do the necessary works for whole processes in the scope of  Quality Management System to align with legislation and norms with the coordination of Central Departments, OHS, Environment and Sustainability Department (ISO 14001&45001), IT (ISO 27001), Technical Services (ISO 50001)
• To carry out reporting and improvement studies, together with the management, organization and follow-up of internal and external audit activities.
• To ensure the sustainability of the system by establishing cooperation with IT on issues such as ensuring the effective management of the document management system, updating and maintaining the software used in the document system.
• Organizing trainings on in-house quality management systems and practices,
• To ensure that the possible relations of the company with other organizations in matters related to the QMS are regulated (certification bodies, NGOs, etc.).
• To manage the risks and opportunities arising from the internal and external context of Vaillant Turkey and the needs and expectations of the relevant parties; to do the necessary documentation, to organize training and workshop studies when necessary, and to report the results to the Senior Management,
• To detect internal non-conformities in the functioning of ISO Management Systems and to ensure that preventive actions are taken,

Competencies

• To graduate from the relevant departments of universities (Faculty of Mechanical / Material / Industrial Engineering), Master / Doctorate (Preferred),
• At least 5 years of experience in the Automotive, White Goods or Heating and Cooling sector,
• To have a good level of English,
• Having at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems,
• To have the certificates  ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 OHS Management System, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System (preferably, to have been involved in certification studies),
• Preferably to have VDA 6.3 Auditor Certificate,
• Having good knowledge of Problem Solving Techniques, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA,8D
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and preferably QDMS,
