Your Challenges ?

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the import/export operation in customs,

• Ensure that the daily customs operations are running smoothly,

• Daily check for customs declaration and approve tax payment,

• Coordinate the information flow between customs broker and logistics,

• Close cooperation with the customs broker,

• Follow up changes in customs legislation, assess their impact on the company and inform related

personnel when needed.

• Follow up incentives (DİİB, KKDF,Gözetim Belgesi etc.)

• Create monthly forecast (cash payment)

• To carry out the foreign trade processes of the materials purchased

• Accurate and timely foreign trade documents; to supply customs and customers,

• To follow up the timely and correct preparation of foreign trade applications,

• Carrying out Letter of Credit processes in Import and Export,

• To prepare the necessary instructions for the execution of the import,

• Managing customs processes of export orders,

• Conducting correspondence with foreign companies,

• Carrying out and following the process from the loading stage of the  import-export goods to their entry into the warehouse,

• Controlling, documentation, reporting and archiving of completed transactions,

Let’s talk about you…

• Graduated from Foreign Trade, Logistics, Customs or related departments of universities,

• At least two years of experiences,

• Having knowledge of Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation applications,

• Good level of English,

• Experienced in Investment, Incentive and Compensatory Tax,

• Using SAP experience and import/export module effectively,
