We are looking for Production Leader in Istanbul Tuzla Plant. 

• University degree from engineering departments
• Min. 3 years of experience
• IATF 16949 Quality System Knowledge
• 5S (Sort, Set-in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Knowledge
• ISO 14001: 2000 EMS Knowledge
• ISO 27001 ISMS
• ERP (SAP) Program Usage Knowledge
• Process Approach Knowledge
• Measurement and Calibration Knowledge
• Plastic Injection Knowledge
• ISO 14001:2000 Internal Examination Knowledge
• Maintenance Repair Knowledge
• Production management
• Statistical Process Adequacy Knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 4M change management knowledge (management of all changes of product and manufacturing process)
• To fulfill the duties, authorities and responsibilities regarding to the system and operational activities of the company (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Q1, ISO 27001, 12K etc.) and to contribute to system development.
• Arranging production according to the ERP program or as notified by the production planning officer; planning assembly lines, vibration welding, metalization, PUR sealing machines and staff, controlling work and bench loading.
• Participating in APQP works and to work in harmony with the project leader in accordance with the project plan.
• To show immediate reaction when there is an inappropriate product or semi-finished good in the lines under his/her supervision and to make necessary department or officials involved.
• To review the reports of productivity, rework and stoppage on the lines under his/her responsibility; to react immediately when an improper condition is detected, to notify the supervisor when necessary.
• To ensure 5S order in the lines under its supervision, to rectify faults on the lines, to remedy, to improve the overall equipment efficiency if necessary, and to request support from the supervisor when necessary.
• To request initiation of and to participate actively in 5S, SMED, VSM, KAIZEN, TPM activities required by Lean Manufacturing techniques where necessary.
• To inform the relevant departments about consumable needs according to the plan and program prepared for production activities.
• To ensure that all products and semi-finished products used in production are produced according to customer expectations, to ensure and monitor that assembly team leader, assembly foreman and operator controls to be carried out at specified periods and conditions. To manage assembly team leaders, assembly foremen and operators.
• To ensure that production instructions are available in the production line and production is made according to the instructions; to initiate administrative proceedings if any staff member who make production out of the instructions is detected.
• Determining the areas of responsibility of the team under his/her supervision, performing business organization.
• Managing his/her team's performances.
• To identify the team's training and development needs and to realize them.
• Ensure that the units under his/her supervision to work in team spirit to increase productivity and motivation.
• To plan the software, hardware, technical tools and equipment that the team needs in order to ensure efficiency and effective working conditions.
