QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a new team member who will work as a CONTRACT BASED/ DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST with the following qualifications: 

 

  • University degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, commercial education, or equivalent experience in telemarketing or sales,
  • Field sales, Inside Sales, telesales, telemarketing, customer relationship, call center or sales assistant experience,
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear message (content and pronunciation),
  • Ability to stay professional,
  • Expertise with Customer and/or Partner Relationship Management,
  • English Fluent,
  • Demonstrates excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal in particular on the phone),
  • Understand, value and master personal relationship building in a remote (phone/email) environment,
  • Revenue-oriented and can be counted on to consistently meet and exceed goals,
  • Organizes and directs effective teams at the cross-functional level that consistently achieve stated goals,
  • Works independently and is highly motivated to initiate and accept new challenges,
  • Exhibits appropriate attributes in all aspects of performance and demeanor.

 
 
 Job Description :

  • Will deliver prepared sales talks presenting the Vertiv Partner program benefits and support partners with registering in the VIP & VPP programs,
  • Will present the company and adjust call scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals,
  • Communicate with customers to understand their business requirements and needs,
  • Register by phone customers in the VPP & VIP Programs,
  • Partner Onboarding: welcome call and walk through the highlights of the partner portal, presenting the training, tools processes and resources available,
  • Record into CRM a summary of the most important aspects of the call, customer feedback, and pain points on all the interactions with the partners,
  • Targeted partner callouts such as reactivating dormant partners,
  • Generate, pre-qualify and help manage channel sales leads in collaboration with Vertiv partners, the Inside Sales Representative team and Vertiv Channel sales,
  • Help increase the frequency of purchases of the partners they are nurturing/calling,
  • Help increase the number of Vertiv product categories sold by the partners they are nurturing/calling,
  • Obtain consent so that Vertiv and partners can freely contact the prospect,
  • Maintain accuracy of account and contact info in CRM and use it to better coordinate and track opportunities and tasks within the wider Channel team,
  • Answers questions about product specifications and pricing,
  • Maintains a list of potential leads on CRM and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales calls,
  • Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers,
  • Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback,
  • Segment to recruit them as partners, generate leads, and build positive long-term engagement through regular nurturing,
  • Planning, implementation and analysis of promotions,
  • By developing an understanding over time of the partner/reseller/ distributor relationship, trends and competitive channel landscape in their regions,
  • EOL and product launch activities,
  • Invites and following up on webinars,
  • Gather feedback from the market on our competitors,
  • Raise follow-up issues inside the telemarketing team up to the management level,
  • Be aware of all pricing, promotions, actions, and event within the sales team,
  • Follow up on the marketing process, corporate procedures, and business ethics of VERTIV.
