Supply Chain Management Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious Junior Supply Chain Planning Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with the Planning Manager, Purchasing Manger supporting the daily planning, purchasing, inventory and logistics activities of our business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in international supply chain management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing export company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with production planning and purchasing activities.

Monitor raw material, packaging material and finished goods inventory.

Help maintain optimum stock levels and support replenishment planning.

Follow up purchase orders and supplier deliveries.

Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal departments.

Prepare and review shipping documentation.

Update planning schedules, inventory records and supply chain reports.

Analyse stock movements and planning data using Excel.

Support communication between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams.

Assist with day-to-day operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
