We are looking for a teammate to be assigned as Internal Control Specialistreporting to the Internal Control Manager in our Baştaş Başkent Çimento factory located in Elmadağ-Ankara, one of the leading companies of Vicat Group Türkiye.

General Qualifications :

• Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Engineering departments of universities that provide undergraduate education.
• Three - five years of experience working in the internal or financial audit divisions of corporate business or independent audit firms. Having experience with auditing the finance and accounting processes with good knowledge of ERP systems. It's a plus to have an SMMM or CIA certificate.
• Strong analytical thinking, along with investigation, problem solving, research and communication skills.
• Understands the ethical principles and rules required by the auditing profession.
• Values attention to detail, possesses refined research and inquiry abilities. Proficient in gathering data and analysing, interpreting, and presenting the results advanced reporting, presentation and communications skills. Diligent, precise and exceptionally responsible. • Good command of MS Office programs.
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description :

• Participating in the preparation of a risk-oriented annual control plan in line with management requests and analysis findings.
• In the framework of the annual control plan, working with other departments on a process basis.
• If there is a written procedure related to the relevant process, to check its compliance or to create a procedure/process definition together with the owner of the business.
• The preparation of impartial reports on the activities carried out, checking that deficiencies and risks identified in these reports have been eliminated, making business improvement proposals for processes where necessary as well as participating in a new Business Development Process by providing recommendations based on checkpoints.
• Follow up on the risks and actions identified during audit activities with regard to inconsistencies.
