Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration and Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

The role focuses primarily on real estate investment opportunities, while also supporting clients interested in immigration programs linked to property investment.

The consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting suitable real estate investment opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and successfully closing property deals, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Promote and sell real estate investment opportunities and projects offered by the company.

•  Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to negotiation and successful closing of property deals.

•  Conduct real estate consultation to assess needs and recommend suitable immigration or real estate solutions.

•  Manage client communications through meetings, calls, emails, and follow-ups to maintain strong engagement.

•  Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

•  Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property buyers.

•   Achieve individual sales targets with a strong focus on real estate transactions and property sales.

•   Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

•   Maintain up to date knowledge of company services, immigration programs, and real estate offerings.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate, with experience in Immigration Services or consultative sales considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills with a strong sales mindset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
