Qualifications Required:
- Graduated from the relevant fields of universities with a bachelor's degree,
- At least 4 years of experience in the sector,
- A good command of English,
- Analytical thinking ability,
- Strong human relations,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Programmes.
Job Description:
- Developing new business opportunities by being in constant contact with potential customers according to the determined strategies,
- Preparing offers suitable to the customer's needs,
- Preparing the contract in case the offer is confirmed by the customer,
- Ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the terms of the contract by communicating the necessary information to the concerned departments, establishing organisation to meet customer demands and taking the necessary measures in case of failures,
- Providing general coordination between the customer and Vista operation departments,
- Coordinating the agreements to be made by customers with suppliers,
- Managing customer complaints, taking preventive measures to avoid recurrence,
- Following up and developing existing relationships with customers through periodic visits,
- Providing information requested by CWT for customers served under the global contract,
- Preparing and sending announcements to customers,
- Making suggestions to customers to reduce and improve their travel expenses considering the travel expense reports,
- Responding to customer inquiries about Vista online booking systems,
- Managing Vista website and Vista social media accounts,
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the CWT,
- Acting in accordance with the confidentiality policy and disciplinary procedure.
