We are currently seeking a Up-Sales Representative (Dental) to serve our dynamic international and local patient portfolio.
Qualifications
Fluent in Turkish and English, with advanced proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) in eitherFrench or Spanish.
Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably within thedental services sector.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with a patient-focused, solution-oriented approach.
Strong representation skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Well-developed planning, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced international healthcare environment.
For foreign national candidates: possession of a valid legal work permit in Türkiye, with no legal restrictions preventing employment, residency, or work authorization.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, inform, and guide international patients visiting the clinic.
Review treatment plans with specialist dentists and present them to patients in a clear, accurate, and effective manner.
Manage the face-to-face sales process and actively support patients throughout their decision-making journey.
Analyze patient needs and explain the most suitable treatment options.
Coordinate payment arrangements, treatment agreements, and scheduling processes following treatment planning.
Monitor patients’ in-clinic journeys to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Track and report daily sales performance and targets.
Deliver a professional communication and service experience that enhances patient satisfaction.
Provide administrative and operational support when required.
