FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB 

• Understand the business requirements and how they are implemented using the Functional Description Document. 
• If needed work with customers to create relevant test scenarios/test cases. 
• Document test scenarios/test cases. 
• Prepare test data. 
• Execute documented tests. 
• Document the results of tests. 
• Actively work with developers team to ensure that any blocking issues are corrected in a timely manner. 
• Participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects. 
• Understanding of Test process, concepts and tools 

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

Education: 

• Would be nice to have IT background or Business/Analytics education. 

Experience: 

• Minimum one years' experience as tester and 1 years of SFA experience. 
• Experience with various FMCG companies for understanding the business processes on customer side. 
• Scrum or Agile methodology experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision 
• Knowledge on English is a must, Russian is optional 
• Knowledge of Web Services (ex. SOAP, Postman etc)
