- Good communication skills
- Graduate from Electronic, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience on IP/MPLS Transport Network Operation.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task.
- Supply high concentration and attention.
- To have intermediate or advance level of English.
- Hands on experience IGP, BGP, IP-MPLS and QOS technologies. CCIE/CCDE or Huawei HCIE R&S or Alcatel-Lucent NRS-II/SRA certification – a plus.
- Hands on experience Huawei RTN or Radio Link operation – a plus.

We are seeking a Access Network Transport Operations Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Access Network Transport Ops.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
To provide network operational support with configuration, provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IP/MPLS Transport Network elements include Huawei PTN and ATN equipment.

To provide network operational support with configuration, provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IP/MPLS Transport Network elements include Huawei PTN and ATN equipment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for PTN and ATN equipment operation. PTN-950, PTN-1900, PTN-3900, PTN-6900, ATN-950B
- Accountable for transport service commissioning for 2G, 3G and LTE sites.
- Accountable for transport service commissioning for BSC and RNC nodes.
- Implement related RSVP and APS service tunnel plans.
- Implement related E-LINE, E-LAN and L3VPN service plans.
- Commission and service cutover of PTN and ATN equipment. Take necessary action before and after cutovers.
- Analyse and troubleshoot Access Network Transport issues that arise.
- Monitor Access Transport Network related KPI’s.
- Check and fix incorrect PTN and ATN configurations periodically.
- Participate in the Access Network Operations team’s on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend support.
- Assist in the Change Management process as necessary, including participating in network maintenances during off hours.
- Identify and/or undertake Access Network Operation Team projects as assigned.
- Record the all the works correctly.
- Publish the daily working reports.
- Take into consideration fault priority and importance and working efficiency.
