We are seeking a Mediation Operation Specialistwith the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Mediation Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
To ensure the successful ongoing operation and coordination of related Mediation Services.As a service owner, to have end to end ownership of the Vodafone customer experience, the quality of service performance and the processes supporting the product/service. - Responsible of daily operational activities and availibility of systems.
- Investigating problems, finding root cause of the problems.
- Deployment of new products and services.
- Implementing change management processes and user requests.
- Periodic monitoring of systems for performance bottlenecks.
- Performance tuning of applications to ensure business needs and agreed SLAs are met.
- Responsible for reporting to stakeholders on product performance and supplier/partner performance.
- Incident and error handling for application errors.
- Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms and systems against forecasted growth and demand.
