• Must be of Bachelor of  Computer Science or a related degree at minimum
• Excellent command of written/spoken both English and Turkish
• Must be an  efficient team worker
• Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork and problem solving skills
• Must be able to understand and focus on company strategy in a multi-party , multinational environment with a high-volume of issues
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience of industry standard service management  methodology
• Proven  experience of 7x24 mission critical support environment
• Knowledge  in Unix/Linux platform
• Knowledge  in Database Technologies.
• Knowledge in shell Script programming.
• Having knowledge of Telecommunications principals.
• Must have a good understanding of software development life cycle.
