Network As a Platform Product Owner

ROLE PURPOSE
• To deliver Network as a Platform (NaaP) APIs plan in every fiscal year
• To track API progress and plan and detect deviations, risks and solutions
• To collect API requirements from customer and agree the acceptance criteria that will meet customer’s needs
• To define priorities in the Product Backlog and decide Sprint Backlog
• To liaise with Security teams to conduct security assessments and penetration tests (pentests)
• To gather customer acceptance once the API is delivered
Your place in the team
• To deliver Vodafone Technology Strategy leading the deployment of Network as a Platform (NaaP)
• To maintain solid relationship with NaaP team and stakeholders to ensure the solutions being delivered are aligned with Vodafone strategy, best practices and business objectives, and the activity is signed off accordingly
• To make sure the Product Backlog is defined and refined
• To assist with the creation of Requests For Proposal (RFPs) on technical requirements, evaluation of answers and supplier short-listing during RFP process
• To contribute to definition of strategy and to deliver API design
• To participate proactively in Agile projects building the required solutions

• NaaP API design documents delivery
We are looking for you if you have
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in agile and dynamic environments
• Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies
• Technical expertise in Network technologies
• Technical expertise in IT
• Experience related to Agile frameworks (mainly Scrum), PMP (PMI), ITIL, etc
• Experience on using Jira and Confluence
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest as well as to be creative to find solutions
• Excellent analytical (listening, questioning, challenging, etc.) and organisation skills
• Objective driven and customer oriented
• Background on Cloud Architectures (AWS and Apigee) as well as continuous integration and deployment
• Basic knowledge on mobile networks
• Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
