What you’ll do

The Project Management Senior Specialist is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of standard and moderately complex customer projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and contractual commitments. The role coordinates day-to-day project execution, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Delivery, and customer representatives to ensure smooth implementation and timely service activation. While managing the overall delivery of assigned projects, the role focuses primarily on operational coordination and execution. More complex technical, commercial, contractual, or governance matters are escalated to or managed in collaboration with leadership when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of standard and moderately complex customer projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and implementation activities.
  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure timely execution of project activities and coordinate day-to-day delivery tasks.
  • Support successful project closure and operational handover.
  
  
  
• Planning & Execution
  
  • Coordinate implementation activities across internal delivery teams.
  • Follow up on project tasks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Coordinate installation, testing, service activation, and acceptance activities.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  
  
  
• Stakeholder & Communication Management
  
  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customer projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with customer representatives and first-line management.
  • Coordinate daily activities with Operations, Engineering, Field Services, and Delivery teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
  • Support effective customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
  
• Risk, Issue & Change Management
  
  • Identify and monitor operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate resolution activities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage routine change requests within defined governance processes.
  • Escalate complex technical, commercial, or delivery risks.
  • Maintain accurate project logs and action trackers.
  
  
  
• Technical Delivery Oversight
  
  • Coordinate the implementation of Vodafone Business services, including Data & Network, Voice, Security, Cloud, IoT, and other Enterprise Connectivity solutions.
  • Monitor implementation quality and delivery performance.
  • Support successful service acceptance and operational handover.
  
  
  
• Performance & Reporting
  
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.
  • Track delivery milestones and project KPIs.
  • Support customer satisfaction objectives by ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure project information is consistently updated within project management tools.
  
  
  
• Continuous Improvement
  
  • Participate in project closure and Lessons Learned activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the adoption of standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
