QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Back Office Resolution Analyst with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Back Office Supervisor of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

  • Detailed examination of all subscriber complaints received from BTK (Information Technology Institution), THH (Consumer Arbitration Board) from official institutions related to Vodafone GSM and Vodafone Net, and reply with official letter
  • Target-oriented work to achieve the Back Office performance goals
  • Keep up-to-date information and developments, follow announcements, actively participate in trainings
  • Analyzing customer requests and problems that will be produced by BTK, vodafone.com.tr CEO and ExCo Team in a limited time, providing solutions and informing subscribed via phone and mail
  • Intervening customer needs as soon as possible and ensuring customer satisfaction 
  • Analyzing the needs of the customers and offering appropriate solutions to the customers
  • Being a team player and being able to cooperate
  • To follow every work with great energy
  • Responsibility for job follow-up and finalization 
  • Increasing group productivity and developing practical, constructive suggestions
  • High motivation
  • Meeting English and Turkish customer requests
  • Written communication with customers when necessary
